Introduction
We want to make a product we would be happy with and hope you will be happy with your purchase. But were only human and we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. This Refund Policy explains our return and refund process in accordance with English consumer law.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not make a purchase.
Your Right to Cancel
Under English consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, provided you notify us within 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To cancel your order, please get in touch.
Returning Your Purchase
Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel, you have 14 days to return the product(s) to us. The product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us, which can be deducted from the total return amount.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned product(s) and verifying their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing your order. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will try and get you plotting, but if we can't, we will arrange a replacement or a refund, excluding the cost of returning the faulty product to us.
Exceptions
Some products may not be eligible for a refund if they are personalized or made-to-order items. These exceptions will be clearly stated in the product description. Please ensure you read the product description carefully before making a purchase.
